A heritage conservation project for the village of Rinchengang in Wangdue Phodrang. Working at ground level with the community, the practice undertook detailed site analysis, user analysis, and programme analysis before proposing design solutions to address existing issues.
The work included full documentation of fifty-four traditional buildings and a realistic 3D model of the village in its entirety — a record that can outlast the buildings themselves.
