The project reimagines an existing commercial building through a mindful and sustainable adaptive reuse strategy within the urban core. The renovation modernizes the spaces to meet evolving market demands while preserving the building’s existing character, urban presence and locational value.

By retaining much of the original structure and infrastructure, the project achieves greater cost efficiency and stronger commercial return on investment compared to new construction.

Material reuse and reduced demolition minimize waste, conserve embodied resources, and lower carbon emissions. The intervention demonstrates a balanced approach between commercial viability, sustainability, and Resilient urban regeneration.
